A professional manager who has the ability and passion to deliver complex contracts safely and profitably by using interpersonal and management skills gained through a wide range of extensive projects and life experiences. I am commercially aware at all times to ensure maximum profitability on all projects whilst having the clarity to plan new initiatives and techniques and the commitment to see them through.

Being someone who thrives in an energetic, busy working environment and whom enjoys working as part of a team, I believe that this combined with my drive and determination gives me the personal attributes necessary to be successful within all management positions. My ability to communicate and liaise with various team members and articulate and delegate tasks appropriately enables me to work effectively within a group with diverse needs. Having already developed communication, organisational and leadership skills through my military and sporting opportunities, I believe I possess the personal qualities required to motivate a successful team, the ability to manage change and driving the business forward.
